Vapor Certification and Exhibit C Submission Process
EPA’s 40 CFR Part 60.502 requires gasoline tank trucks to be vapor tight. Bulk gasoline terminals must obtain the vapor tightness documentation for each gasoline tank truck that loads at the facility. This documentation must be updated annually to reflect current test results and kept on file with Chevron. Additionally, Chevron requires signed Exhibit C form annually for every tank truck that loads at the loading rack.
In lieu of emailing or faxing the annual vapor certification and Exhibit C forms to the local terminal, Chevron is requesting these documents be submitted to a group email for automated entry into our terminal systems. The new process is identified below:
1. Email all documentation to: VaporCertandExhC@chevron.com
2. Subject line must contain the exact text format:
Vapor Cert and Exhibit C Submission {SCAC} {Trailer number}
3. Email must contain 3 attachments:
b. Vapor Certification or Tightness Report
c. Current year Exhibit C
NOTE:
All 3 attachments must be typed, except for signatory areas.
No handwritten documents are allowed.
Scanned images need to be at least 400 DPI resolution.
